Rachele’s practice focuses on civil defense and complex litigation in the firm’s Insurance Litigation and Liability Defense practice group. She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving civil and commercial litigation, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, tort and personal injury claims, and property and contract disputes.

Prior to joining Sturgill Turner, Rachele spent more than five years with a regional civil defense firm, where she managed a caseload of more than 30 matters across a wide range of practice areas. She brings significant litigation skills including motion practice, mediation, settlement negotiations, evidentiary hearings, civil and criminal trials, and post-trial proceedings. Her experience includes representing clients in complex, high-value disputes including large scale successful settlements across Kentucky, Ohio, New York, Florida and Wyoming.
