Litigation Attorney
Join our successful and rapidly growing full-service litigation firm representing clients across Kentucky. We are looking to expand our teams in each of the following practice areas:
Education law and litigation, representing public and private colleges and universities and P-12 schools in complex litigation, compliance and reporting, employment law, and investigation work
Medical negligence defense, representing healthcare providers, hospitals, and practices in medical malpractice defense and liability disputes
Civil litigation, representing insureds in civil defense and torts litigation
The ideal candidates for each practice group will bring:
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to understand and analyze complex subject matter
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, fellow attorneys, and legal staff to best serve client needs
Presentation skills
Litigation experience
As a vital member of the firm, you will be involved in a wide variety of litigation matters, including pre-litigation disputes, dispute resolution, mediation, depositions, hearings, motion practice and client contact. Legal Secretary
After years of dedicated service, one of our valued team members is retiring — and we’re looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to step into this key role. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals, we’d love to hear from you!
✨ What You’ll Do:
· Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and paralegals
· Manage confidential legal documents and correspondence
· Coordinate schedules, meetings, and court filings
✅ What We’re Looking For:
· 2–5 years of experience as a legal secretary
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience with electronic filing in Kentucky courts
· Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
