Litigation Attorney

Join our successful and rapidly growing full-service litigation firm representing clients across Kentucky. We are looking to expand our teams in each of the following practice areas:

  • Education law and litigation, representing public and private colleges and universities and P-12 schools in complex litigation, compliance and reporting, employment law, and investigation work

  • Medical negligence defense, representing healthcare providers, hospitals, and practices in medical malpractice defense and liability disputes

  • Civil litigation, representing insureds in civil defense and torts litigation

The ideal candidates for each practice group will bring:

  • Strong research and writing skills

  • Ability to understand and analyze complex subject matter

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, fellow attorneys, and legal staff to best serve client needs

  • Presentation skills

  • Litigation experience

As a vital member of the firm, you will be involved in a wide variety of litigation matters, including pre-litigation disputes, dispute resolution, mediation, depositions, hearings, motion practice and client contact. Legal Secretary

After years of dedicated service, one of our valued team members is retiring — and we’re looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to step into this key role. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ What You’ll Do:
·  Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and paralegals
·  Manage confidential legal documents and correspondence
·  Coordinate schedules, meetings, and court filings

✅ What We’re Looking For:
·  2–5 years of experience as a legal secretary
·  Strong time management and organizational skills
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Experience with electronic filing in Kentucky courts
·  Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
