Maddie’s practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice defense, including hospital, clinic and physician practices, and public entities that provide healthcare services. Her undergraduate work in a psychological services center provides unique insight as to how a medical facility operates, and she uses that knowledge to inform her practice.

Her experience in general tort litigation also strengthens Maddie’s practice. She has been involved in litigating civil cases with issues ranging from kidnapping and assault to motor vehicle accidents. This exposure to a wide variety of topics enables her to approach legal issues from multiple angles.

Maddie has spent much of her practice advocating for clients in courts across the state. She has represented numerous insurance companies in a variety of matters, and has represented physicians, healthcare facilities, and long-term care facilities.

Maddie is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Tennessee.
