Who Are Our Mediators?
Stephen L. Barker
Steve has 30 years of litigation experience. He received training and certification as a mediator from the Center for Dispute Resolution in Boulder, Colo. He often mediates cases involving employment, business and personal injury disputes. A frequent speaker on employment law matters, Steve was 2003-04 president of the Fayette County Bar Association. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law where he was a member of Order of the Coif.
Donald P. Moloney II
Pat Moloney received mediation certification in 1992 from the Mediation Center of Central Kentucky. He also completed advanced training at the Center for Dispute Resolution in Boulder, Colo. Pat frequently mediates cases involving personal injury, medical negligence, product liability, and other complex tort issues. A graduate of Xavier University and the University of Kentucky College of Law, he has more than 30 years experience practicing law and has practiced in more than 40 county and federal courts.
Ernest H. Jones II
Hank received his certification from the Mediation Center of Kentucky in 2003. He has over 30 years experience primarily in the area of trial and litigation involving insurance defense and claims for personal injury. He actively mediates cases involving personal injury, accidents, bad faith cases, and catastrophic injury cases. Hank is a frequent lecturer for CLE programs sponsored by the Kentucky Bar Association, Kentucky Defense Counsel and the National Business Institute.
Sarah Charles Wright
In 1992, Sarah was one of the first mediators trained by the Mediation Center of Central Kentucky. She was certified in 1994 and has extensive experience mediating personal injury, employment, construction, commercial, real estate and corporate cases. Sarah also has a wide range of experience in litigation involving commercial, health care, employment and bankruptcy issues. She is a graduate of the University on Kentucky and the University of Louisville College of Law.
