Lana is the firm’s Finance Administrator, handling all aspects of the firm’s finances and overseeing the billing department. She joined Sturgill Turner in 2002 as Office Administrator, and became Finance Administrator in 2022. Prior to working with Sturgill Turner, Lana worked for a telecommunications contracting company as an operations manager and oversaw projects across the United States.

Lana is an active member of Association for Legal Administrators, serving as Immediate Past President of the ALA Kentucky Chapter. She has served on multiple national and local ALA committees, including Vice Chair of ALA’s Standards Review Committee. She is also a member of the National and Bluegrass Chapters of the Society for Human Resources Management. Lana earned an A.S. in Business from Sullivan University, and is a Certified Legal Manager (CLM), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
