Ann Mary oversees firm strategy related to marketing, business development, client relations, practice management and external communications. Prior to joining Sturgill Turner, Ann Mary was director of marketing for the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics, where she led marketing, communications and public affairs strategies for student recruitment, fundraising, and community and partner relations.

She is a member of the Legal Marketing Association, American Marketing Association, and the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). She also volunteers for Radio Eye, serving blind and visually impaired individuals across the Commonwealth, and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) representing neglected and abused children in the court system.

Ann Mary earned her M.A. from the University of Kentucky and her B.A. from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, both in English language and literature.
