Kristi joined Sturgill Turner in 2025 as Office Administrator. She manages the day-to-day operations of the firm, including human resources, policy and procedure development, recruitment and onboarding, compensation, internal events, and office management. Prior to working with Sturgill Turner, Kristi worked as a compensation consultant at the University of Kentucky and as office manager for a regional engineering firm. She also served more than 20 years as office manager with one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in the world, with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Kristi is an active member of Association for Legal Administrators and of the Bluegrass Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management. She earned her B.B.A. in Human Resources Management and Services and her MBA in Human Resources Management from Midway University.
