Kate provides paralegal support to the firm’s Employment Law and Education Law practice groups. She brings more than a decade of experience to her role, where she provides comprehensive paralegal support across civil litigation matters, managing case files, performing e-filings across multiple jurisdictions, reviews discovery and gathers pertinent file materials for investigative purposes, issues subpoenas for records, coordinates depositions and mediations, and communicates with adjusters and opposing counsel.
Kate graduated from Rasmussen University with her degree in paralegal studies, and has completed advanced studies in ediscovery.
