Adkins, Baker, Loeffler & Pence Present at Junior Achievement Miss Business

On March 27, 2024, Sturgill Turner attorneys Megan Adkins, Savannah Baker, Madeleine Loeffler, and Emily Pence spoke to nearly 100 high school students from central Kentucky at the sixth annual Junior Achievement “Miss Business” event, an educational workshop designed to help young women develop successful professional careers.

Sturgill Turner has sponsored and participated in the Miss Business event since the program began, presenting a panel discussion on “Building Your Personal Brand,” and taking part in mock interview sessions with the students.

“Junior Achievement’s Miss Business program is such a great opportunity for young women from all over central Kentucky to build their skills and confidence as they prepare for their careers,” said Emily Pence, who is in her third year of presenting. “It’s a privilege to be able to share our experiences with these outstanding students, and do our part to help ready the next generation of strong women leaders for Kentucky and beyond.”

Megan Adkins’s practice focuses on civil litigation, medical negligence and insurance defense; Savannah Baker’s practice focuses on employment law and government and municipal law issues; Madeleine Loeffler primarily practices medical negligence defense, and Emily Pence focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense.
