Long-Term Care Defense

As population ages and the demand for long-term care rises, so does the number of claims filed against adult care facilities alleging negligent care. Our long-term care defense litigation team provides aggressive representation for skilled nursing facility, nursing home, assisted living facility, home health care, hospice and long-term care community clients to resolve these claims as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. We defend long-term care facilities and their owners and employees in suits alleging negligence, malpractice, breach of contract, patient’s bill of rights violations and wrongful death.

Drawing upon the vast knowledge of Sturgill Turner’s experienced health care attorneys, our work with long-term care facilities extends further than just litigation practice. These attorneys are also available to work with facility administrators and staff to develop risk management procedures in an effort to minimize exposure to litigation in the future.
