Sarah Charles Wright is an experienced health care and corporate law attorney providing legal counsel to health care entities and providers on a broad range of health care matters. A significant portion of her practice is dedicated to advising health care entities and providers on corporate compliance with state and federal law, including all aspects of Kentucky law governing health insurers and providers, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, ERISA, fraud and abuse, Stark, and the Federal Tort Claims Act. She is particularly knowledgeable on The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) including Accountable Care, and its potential implications for health care entities and providers.

Sarah Charles also negotiates and drafts contracts and policies for the managed care industry, institutional providers and medical professionals. Examples include agreements for pharmacy benefits management, provider participation, network leases, administrative services, group health insurance and certificates of coverage, credentialing policies, fraud prevention plans, medical staff bylaws, group practice arrangements and entity mergers.
