Phillip Moloney and Donald P. (“Pat”) Moloney, II, have been selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2006 edition of “The Best Lawyers in America”® (Copyright 2004 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.). Phillip Moloney is a 1982 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. He has been admitted to practice in Kentucky since 1982 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Pat Moloney is a 1973 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. He has been admitted to practice in Kentucky since 1973. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts, the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
