Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney, PLLC is honored to announce that Donald "Pat" Moloney, II, one of its members, has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2007 edition of "The Best Lawyers in America," in the specialty of personal injury litigation. Pat Moloney is a 1973 graduate of he Univesity of Kentucky College of Law. He has been admitted to practice in Kentucky since 1973. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern and Western District, the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney, PLLC, was founded in 1957 and has a long history of focusing on civil litigation. Its attorneys are experienced litigators who routinely practice throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Moloney is the member who manages the firm's Civil Litigation section. He is also a trained mediator and lecturer on various litigation topics.
