Lana McGinnis Elected Vice President/President-Elect to Kentucky Chapter of Associaton of Legal Administrators

Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney is pleased to anounce that Lana McGinnis, the firm's office administrator, was recently elected to serve as Vice President/President Elect to the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. She will serve as President for the organization in 2009.

The efforts of McGinnis are shown in the firm's recognition as the 2007 Best Place to Work in Kentucky in the medium-size company category. This was the third year the Lexington law firm has been selected as one of Kentucky's leaders in the medium-size company cateogry for employers having between 25 to 249 employees. The selection process was based on an assessment of the company's employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. It is sponsored by the Kentucky Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), in conjunction with the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
