BACKGROUND: Hank is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky. His practice is primarily in the area of civil litigation involving general liability and insurance defense, special investigation unit,  fraud and arson claims, unfair claims settlement practices (bad faith), catastrophic injury claims (serious head and spinal cord injury claims), and swimming pool accidents. Hank has actively mediated cases since 2002. He is a frequent lecturer for CLE programs sponsored by the Kentucky Bar Association, Kentucky Defense Counsel and the National Business Institute.

Hank and his wife, Libbie, have two children: Henry and Elizabeth. Hank enjoys snow skiing and fly fishing and is actively involved in the Bluegrass Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
