BACKGROUND: Pat was born in 1948 in Lexington, Kentucky, where he has spent most of his life. His practice is primarily in the area of litigation involving claims for personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home litigation and general business litigation. Pat has been a trained mediator since 1992 and is actively mediating cases primarily in the personal injury and business area.
