OUR MEDIATORS

	Stephen L. Barker Steve has more than 35 years of litigation experience in the areas of employment law and education law. He often mediates cases involving employment, business, personal injury and domestic relations disputes.
	Ernest H. Jones II Hank has been actively mediating cases involving tort claims, such as soft tissue injuries, motor vehicle injuries, and slip and fall cases, since he received his certification in 1999. A litigator since 1974, Hank practices primarily in the area of litigation involving insurance defense and personal injury claims.
	Donald P. Moloney II Pat became a certified mediator in 1992, and has since mediated numerous cases involving contract and business disputes, personal injury claims, complex tort issues, medical malpractice and nursing home litigation. He has more than 35 years of litigation experience, with the bulk of his practice focusing on medical malpractice and long-term care litigation.
