Donald P. Moloney II Pat became a certified mediator in 1992, and has since mediated numerous cases involving contract and business disputes, personal injury claims, complex tort issues, medical malpractice and nursing home litigation. He has more than 35 years of litigation experience, with the bulk of his practice focusing on medical malpractice and long-term care litigation. |
