Glenna is Sturgill Turner’s Billing Supervisor. Since 2000, she has maintained billing and accounts receivable records through the firm’s electronic billing system. Glenna retired from federal civil service in September 1999. During this time she served with the Army Corp of Engineers in Hahn, Germany, followed by service with the National Institution on Drug Addiction and the Veterans Administration Hospital, both in Lexington.
