A litigator for more than three decades, Pat’s early legal practice focused on insurance defense, personal injury and products liability, and his practice has evolved to include the defense of long-term care companies, hospitals and health care providers. He is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried many medical malpractice cases to jury verdict and defended numerous personal injury cases over the course of his legal career.

Pat became a certified mediator in 1992, and has since mediated more than a thousand cases involving contract and business disputes, personal injury claims, medical malpractice and nursing home claims.
