BACKGROUND: Kevin is a Lexington native, and has long been active in law-related education. He has been volunteer coordinator/coach for the University Of Kentucky College Of Law Bankruptcy Moot Court Program for four years. Kevin is on the Diocesan Review Board of the Catholic Diocese of Lexington, Metro Board of Directors for the YMCA of Central Kentucky, and serves as Counsel to the Toyota Bluegrass Miracle League, Inc. Kevin has been lead counsel in more than twenty civil jury trials and forty appeals in both federal and state courts.
