BACKGROUND: Justin was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky but has called Lexington his home since 1998. He received his undergraduate degrees in Finance and Management from the University of Kentucky in 2003. He then attended the University of Kentucky College of Law where he served as a member of the Kentucky Law Journal staff.
Justin is a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels and is still very active in the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. His interests include music, golf and ethnic cuisine.
