DonAnn primarily works with the Health Care Law practice group in the areas of long-term care and medical malpractice defense. She provides medical records review and performs detailed analysis to assist Sturgill Turner's health care attorneys prepare their defense strategy. DonAnn is a native of Ohio, graduated from Henry Clay High School in Lexington, and has also lived in New York, North Carolina and Tennessee. She has experience as a telemetry nurse and in the insurance industry—she was an assistant director of nursing/MDS coordinator/care plan coordinator for National Healthcare Corporation. DonAnn returned to Lexington and joined the firm as a nurse paralegal in 2010.
