BACKGROUND: Tammy is a native of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. While attending Morehead State University, in addtiiton to her B.A., she obtained a teaching certificate in Secondary Education (Grades 7-12), and worked toward her M.A. in Secondary Guidance Counseling. She graduated Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1996 and has been with the firm since 2000. She has been a partner in the firm since 2004. She focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation. She regularly advises and defends individuals and businesses on a variety of issues in the following areas: employment and labor law, business and contract disputes, personal injury claims, product defects, landowner liabiity, residential and commercial construction, highway construction, and medical malpractice. Tammy's experience includes jury and non-jury trials and appellate work in state and federal courts.
Tammy is a member of the Junior League of Lexington and serves on various boards within the organization. She has been a docent at the Bodley-Bullock House, which serves as headquarters for the League, since 2005. She and her husband, Chris, reside in Lexington.
